We built the beam diagnostic system of CADS (Chinese Accelerator-Driven Subcritical System) linac Injector II, HIRFL SSC linac, and LEAF linac, which includes the measurements of current, position and phase (normal and cold BPM at cryogenic temperature), energy and energy spread, transverse profile and emittance, longitudinal bunch shape and so on. We also built the Ionization Profile Monitors (IPM) and the Schottky detectors for the CSRm and CSRe, which are all in operation very well. Now we are building the beam instrument system of SERSI linac and the injection line, HIAF linac, CiADS, as well as the IPM system for HIAF rings.
